    Product Overview:
This heavy-duty aluminum transition strip is specifically designed to create a smooth, safe, and aesthetically pleasing connection between thick carpets and hard flooring surfaces such as wood, tiles, or laminate. Engineered for high-traffic commercial and residential environments, this profile effectively covers edges, prevents tripping hazards, and protects flooring edges from wear and damage.
    Key Features:
Heavy-Duty Construction – Made from high-quality aluminum alloy, offering excellent strength, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
Versatile Application – Ideal for joining thick carpets (up to 15mm pile height) with wood, tile, stone, or laminate flooring.
Secure Fixing – Suitable for adhesive bonding or screw fixing, ensuring stable installation even in high-traffic areas.
Clean & Professional Finish – Provides a neat, flush transition that enhances the overall appearance of your flooring installation.
Low Profile Design – Minimizes height differences between different flooring materials, reducing trip risks.
Available Finishes – Mill finish, silver anodized, gold anodized, or powder-coated in various colors to match your flooring decor.
    Installation Methods:
    Method 1: Adhesive Installation
Clean and dry the subfloor surface thoroughly.
Apply high-strength construction adhesive (recommended) to the bottom channel of the profile.
Press the strip firmly into position and hold for 2-3 minutes.
Allow adhesive to cure fully for 24 hours before heavy use.
    Method 2: Screw Fixing
Position the transition strip accurately over the joint line.
Pre-drill pilot holes through the mounting holes in the profile.
Secure with countersunk screws (supplied) into the subfloor.
The screw heads will be concealed by the carpet or cover cap for a neat finish.
    Application Scenarios:
This transition strip is widely used in:
Residential: Living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, and staircases where carpet meets tiles or wood flooring.
Commercial: Hotels, offices, retail stores, exhibition centers, and airports.
Public Buildings: Schools, hospitals, and government facilities requiring durable and safe edge protection.
Renovation Projects: Ideal for retrofitting where different floor coverings need to be joined seamlessly.独立站详情页模板_01(1).jpg独立站详情页模板_02.jpg独立站详情页模板_03.jpg独立站详情页模板_04.jpg独立站详情页模板_08.jpg
